These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website, app, resources, and services. By accessing or using Milkman One's platform and/or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, that's okay—but you won't be able to use our services.
Scope of services
Milkman One provides:
- A waitlist for early access to our brand intelligence engine
- A web application for content creation, brand management, and AI-powered marketing (when app is live)
- Marketing communications and product updates
Access may be granted via:
- Waitlist: free access to product updates and launch communications
- Subscription Plans: monthly or annual recurring payments providing ongoing access during the active subscription period
- One-time purchases: select features or add-ons may be offered as standalone items, granting perpetual access to the specific item purchased
Use of Milkman One's services
By using our services, you agree to the following:
- Permitted use: Use our services for legitimate marketing, content creation, and brand management — including commercial use within the bounds of this agreement.
- Prohibited use: You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Generate or distribute spam, malware, deceptive, or misleading content
- Violate the terms of third-party platforms you connect (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
- Share your account or credentials with unauthorized parties
- Abuse token/credit limits
Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for non-compliance.
Subscriptions & billing
- Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date. Payments processed via Stripe. Canceling ends access at the conclusion of the current billing period.
- Token credits: Reset at the start of each billing cycle. Additional packs do not expire.
- Plans available: monthly or annual. No lifetime access.
14-day withdrawal right
As a consumer based in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a subscription. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly agree to begin performance, which waives the withdrawal right for the portion consumed.
Refund policy
All sales are final. Once a subscription has been purchased and started, no refunds will be issued for partial or unused billing periods. You may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
If something goes seriously wrong with the Service or you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at helpdesk@milkman.digital. We'll review on a case-by-case basis where required by Dutch consumer law.
Your data & content
You retain all rights to content you upload or generate using the Service. We have a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. AI-generated drafts are based on Your Content and remain Your Content — you are responsible for reviewing before publishing.

Connected social accounts
When you connect a LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, or TikTok account, you authorize Milkman One to perform actions on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any account at any time. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.
Taxes
All prices listed on Milkman One are in EUR and subject to applicable taxes, such as VAT. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees based on your location.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or remediation may occasionally affect access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milkman One's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Milkman One. These links are provided for convenience and additional resources but are beyond our control.
Milkman One has no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Affiliate links
Some links within Milkman One may be referral or affiliate links. This means we may receive compensation if you make a purchase or subscribe through these links.
We include referral links only to products or services we believe provide value to our users. Using these links comes at no additional cost to you and helps support Milkman One's continued development.
Updates to terms
We may update these Terms as needed to reflect changes in our services or policies. Users will be notified of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
